The receptionists are very friendly and smiling. They speak very good English and some even French. The massages are really great, I recommend them!

This little hotel has everything you can expect from a five-star hotel.

The location is right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful. The manager helped us book our Ha Giang Loop Tour. Also, shoutout to Brian who was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the Main Street. Breakfast was basic, but enough to get your day started. They also offer free coffee, water and tea throughout the day.

The staff is always there to answer every needs of yours ! I've booked many excursions in other cities with the excursions bureau and it has been marvellous! They booked the best quality/price services and I have been so well cared for because of the staff's connexions.

Best, most helpful staff! We left Hanoi early in the morning and the staff even prepared bags with breakfast for us, so kind. Breakfast was great with plenty dishes you could also order a la carte.
