Max the owner is the best host I’ve ever stayed with. He is so helpful with advice on where to eat and what to do and answered any questions we had about the island. All of the staff are excellent. The location couldn’t be closer with the beach just around the corner. Lovely breakfast and food at the pool bar, great facilities, such good value for money and I would recommend this as the perfect place to stay for families, couples or groups of friends! Thanks Max and Co for an amazing stay in Zanzibar!

Featuring a private beach area, a year-round outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi, Mahali Zanzibar is set in Paje, Zanzibar. The hotel features a sun terrace and views of the sea. The room was right in front of the beach. Perfect view. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was tasty. Special thank you to Sweetie and Kevin for being extra nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.
