Beautiful hotel, and an exceptional staff that went above and beyond to help us make transportation arrangements, and stored our luggage while we headed to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was delicious too! Would highly recommend.

Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!

On a recent trip to Vietnam I stayed at Eliana on a number of times. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very effective in booking flights and trips. Good location in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Would certainly stay here again.
