El primer dia vaig tenir problemes de soroll perquè a l'edifici del costat feien obres. El personal em va oferir una altre habitació més apartada i silenciosa o la possibilitat de canviar a dos altres hotels de la mateixa cadena molt propers. A més, en varen proporcionar el taxi de tornada al'aeroport gratuïtament per les molèsties. El personal és molt atent i ajuda en tot el que necessitis. L'esmorzar molt complert i molt variat. La ubicació a casc antic és perfecte!!

The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. I ended up booking 7 days instead of the initial 3!

Very pleased to stay in the Victor Gallery hotel, We got a welcome letter from sale when we booked on Booking.com, upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with welcome juice, information about Hanoi old quarter, great promotion from the hotel ( 20% discount on restaurant & bar, 15% tour service & spa ). Our room was large, clean and even, we had a free upgrade to a city view. We have short time, so we had to book Ha Long Bay 1 day trip. It was good value and good information. Victor gallery hotel is a beautiful hotel in Hanoi old.

Situated in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate, Hanoi Traveller House provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The property is located 1.2 km from St. My niece and I had the best experience in Hanoi Traveller House. We like the location, it's very central and easy access to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice and very helpful giving us tips how to navigate the city. They helped me to book my tours and allowed us to leave our luggages eventhough we already checked out. Because we liked our 2 night- stay when we arrived in Hanoi, we cancelled our booking from another hotel and spent our last 2 nights in Hanoi in this hotel. Tami,the hotel manager along with the other staff are very accomodating and willing to help with everything to make our vacation in Vietnam more enjoyable. They also offered us a taxi ride from and to airport for a reasonable price. Oh, and also the breakfast was really good. We felt so at home! I would stay here again if ever I come back to Hanoi and I would reccomend this hotel.

The location is perfect. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had the best nights sleep in this hotel compared to our whole time in Vietnam- full soundproofing. Totally quiet and no noise. Breakfast was delicious- so much choice. Hotel was really clean. Swimming pool was amazing to swim a few laps and relax in. The gym was modern and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was perfect. Great location, good breakfast with lots of choice and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Special thanks to Brian and Sophia, you were amazing.
