The area is stunning and the accommodation is spacious and cozy, and had everything we needed. It was the highlight of our honeymoon trip to stay in this ryokan. We were also able to choose between Japanese and European style breakfast in the morning which was nice. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer. Thank you :)

Located within 23 km of Kenrokuen Garden and 20 km of Myoryuji - Ninja Temple, B&B MIKAWA - Kanazawa Fish Harbour provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kanazawa. Amazing gem near Kanazawa! We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer! Our japanese style room was huge, the futons were very comfortable and had all the amenities that you could ask for. You can use bikes for free and cycle to watch the sunset on the beach every night. They also have an agreement with the local onsen so you can relax after a long day for free. Very near the train station with regular trains to Kanazawa. The owner was so nice and welcoming, gave us amazing recommendations for food in the area and even booked the restaurant for us. We had the best omakase and traditional Japanese dinner of the whole trip there. Would definitely stay here again!

Offering a garden and garden view, Gunjo no Tsuki is located in Kanazawa, 1.8 km from Kanazawa Castle and 1.7 km from Kenrokuen Garden. Great apartment - stylish, spacious, has everything you need for few nights stay (there is even a washing machine). Owner speaks English well and was very responsive. I suggest to ask for dinner recommendations

Exceptional room and exceptional service. The free different types of coffee/tea from the cafe is delightful.

Situated within the historic Higashi Chaya District, Yamanoo boasts carefully prepared traditional local Japanese delicacies. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available on site. One of the most complex and interesting food I´ve ever tried. The staff treated us as members of a royal family. The apartment was beautiful. Definitely coming back one day.

Located a 5-minute drive from JR Kanazawa Station, Ryokan Yamamuro offers Japanese-style guestrooms with free WiFi. Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle Park can both be reached with a 5-minute walk. Bungo and his mom were absolutely amazing..very kind and helpful. We loved our stay here and the hot bath before bed after a long day sightseeing was just what we needed to relax.

Boasting a 200-year history, Motoyu Ishiya features classic architecture, an original Noh stage and a garden. Great location, excellent stuff, perfect kaiseki food, authentic architecture, relaxing onsen. It`s been the best experience in Japan.

Just 100 metres from the tea houses of the Higashi-Chayamachi district, Minshuku Ginmatsu features free Wi-Fi throughout and offers Japanese-style rooms with air conditioning, an LCD TV and shared... Room was perfect for a family and larger than we expected. Staff was very nice and flexible.

Boasting indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths and a waterside Japanese garden, Matsusaki is a 20-minute drive from JR Matsuto Train Station. The crew was amazing, we felt like royalty our entire stay there! The food was delicious and adapted to our dietary restrictions. The onsen was amazing!

Offering views of the Sai River, Yuyaruru Saisai’s spacious Japanese-style rooms have an LCD TV and a private bath. The room(s) extremely spatious, very nice traditional interior design. Facing the river. A place where you cannot hold from taking lots of pictures in the room :) The sento (public bath) was also nice & useful after long walks. Very good breakfast. Sustainability matters to them and they seem to support running ;)
