All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.

A free shuttle is available to/from JR Tomomu Station. Such a nice big cabin, well heated, staff were wonderful! Beautiful area! Read on a previous review that there was a gas smell from the heating which made me worry but there was no gas smell at all! It was an incredibly pleasant stay.

We walked from the center of Noboribetsu and informed the Hanaya the arrival time. They waited us outside of the Ryokan and welcomed us with beautiful smiles.
