Everything was beautifully decorated, very simple and oozed comfort. We had a room on the ground floor with an outside space which extended the room. The staff were friendly, thoughtful and went out of their way to find things out for any questions I had, so fast too! The food was good but want to highlight the breakfasts which were excellent.

Everything was amazing at Zaborin. The snow view was beautiful and surreal. Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.

Exceptional service and hospitality from staff. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful. We loved the private bath to enjoy as a family. The room was immaculate and the view amazing. 10 out of 10!

We loved the Japanese breakfast and dinner that was prepared by the owners. We loved the authentic traditional charm, the decor and everything else!

Nicest place in a funky and beautiful town. Room was huge, went Japanese style. So well appointed with outdoor onson in room, assorted robes, so clean and comfortable.
