Cosy bed and spacious log home with fresh snow. Staff is very polite. Our kids love it so very much. They wish to come back again. It is very quite and private. The location is close to lake Kanayama which is very beautiful.

It will be a good choice if you want to experience the vibe and services of a traditional Japanese onsen hotel when visiting Hokkaido!

Exceptional service and hospitality from staff. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful. We loved the private bath to enjoy as a family. The room was immaculate and the view amazing. 10 out of 10!

Hotel Kifu Hotel Shiretoko is a 10-minute drive from Shiretoko National Park, which is assigned as a UNESCO World Heritage. A lovely small hotel facing the Sea of Okhotsk where you can see a beautiful sunset right in front of your room. The Japanese-style room is spacious with a large window facing the sea. The private open bath is excellent. At dinner, you get the chance to make a variety of tempura by yourself which is kind of fun. This hotel is not far from Oshinkoshin Waterfalls and the Shiretoko Nature Center and the five lakes. I will definitely come back again, perhaps in mid-February to see the ice floes in front of this hotel.

I appreciate that they offered hot tea and biscuit when I returned to the room after full day out.

Featuring natural hot-spring baths and fresh Japanese meals, Kashoutei Hanaya Ryokan offers spacious rooms overlooking the Oyunuma River. It was the best place I could have chosen for my birthday. It was very comfortable and the entire staff was very attentive, they wrote a message wishing me a happy birthday and gave me a souvenir photo. I was very excited and I wasn't expecting it 🥰🥰🥰
