The hotel itself is older but the cleanliness and staff make up for it. The kaiseki meal offers a nice variety and the three Onsen were relaxing with long open hours and a lot of care products available to you.

This was our absolute favorite hotel during our entire trip to Hokkaido! The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with aesthetic details everywhere you look. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. You can even book a private hot spring, which was such a special experience! We chose the breakfast-included option, and it was absolutely amazing—so delicious and abundant. On top of that, the restaurant’s view was breathtakingly beautiful. Our room was simply perfect—we loved it so much! It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the ocean right outside. We are already looking forward to coming back again in the future! Thank you so much to the Wakamatsu and all the wonderful staff for giving us such a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional - beautiful ingredients, fantastic presentation, and absolutely delicious. We loved the decor of the entire property and the cozy jazz lounge with marshmallow roasting, sweet potatoes, and complimentary wine before dinner. The room was beautiful and the private bath on the balcony was so relaxing. Every aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect - this is truly a top tier hotel/resort experience with great attention to detail.

Located a 15-minute taxi ride from or a 25-minute bus ride from JR Toya Train Station, The Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort offers guests a panoramic view of Lake Toya from their infinity onsen. We booked the room with private onsen, great experience to my wife. I and my 2 sons also experienced the public onsen, a great experience. Dinner and Breakfast has multiple choice, very very delicious.
