Attractively set in Hanoi, Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi has air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.

I have been impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the comfort of the room and the very large bed, and the quality of the breakfast. I rate this hotel as a good four-star hotel by European standards. It is conveniently located at the heart of the Old Quarter and its interiors are elegantly inspired by colonial times. I will definitely come back to Casa dos Principes on my next trip to Hanoi.

Attractively set in the center of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within a 3-minute walk of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and half a mile of Hoan Kiem Lake. Great location. Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

Featuring a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, Amira Hotel Hanoi is located in the center of Hanoi, a 3-minute walk from Hanoi Old City Gate. With a central location, near Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town. Using the services here, I am very well taken care of, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. Clean room with enough space. The bed is very comfortable, which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price.

Conveniently located in the center of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa has 4-star accommodations close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. The staff were excellent. They were so kind and helpful. They informed us about all of the highlights in area as soon as we got there Breakfast was quite good. Definitely recommend it.

Well located in the center of Hanoi, Flora Centre Hotel & Spa provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Loved the tour arrangements by Mrs Anna. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The location is close to the lake and weekend market and entertainment. There is a great range of shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very neat and clean. Great value for money in a major city.

Aviary Hanoi Hotel is also a great location and walking distance to most tourist attractions. Please continue going above and beyond for the great service you offer. I would definitely recommend your hotel to my family/friends who would like to visit Hanoi in the future. 🙂
