When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.

Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa heeft een bar, en is gelegen in het centrum van Hanoi, op 3 minuten lopen van Oude stadspoort van Hanoi. Mooie kamers! In het hart van the old quarter. Belangrijkste pluspunt is het personeel. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam allemaal. Dinh hielp ons ook ontzettend goed met de trip naar Bai Tu long bay, alles was perfect geregeld. Heel erg bedankt voor alle hulp en tips Dinh, Henry en Brian, jullie zijn toppers!

Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

With a central location, near Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town. Using the services here, I am very well taken care of, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. Clean room with enough space. The bed is very comfortable, which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price.

The staff were excellent. They were so kind and helpful. They informed us about all of the highlights in area as soon as we got there Breakfast was quite good. Definitely recommend it.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The location is close to the lake and weekend market and entertainment. There is a great range of shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very neat and clean. Great value for money in a major city.

From the day we arrived, they’ve welcome us with a great smile. They’ve been very attentive listening to our needs and made sure we had amazing and comfortable stay. Aviary Hanoi Hotel is also a great location and walking distance to most tourist attractions. Please continue going above and beyond for the great service you offer. I would definitely recommend your hotel to my family/friends who would like to visit Hanoi in the future. 🙂
