Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. So lucky to have found this excellent hotel. First of all, service is 5 star. The room was beautiful just like photos and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with many options to choose from. Location is perfect, close to many interesting spots. And the staff is just lovely and very helpful. They even help booking activities and tours. I recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. I ended up booking 7 days instead of the initial 3!

I spent 3 extremely pleasurable nights in 2 different rooms at this wonderful hotel. The design of the rooms, bathrooms and lobby is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived with jetlag at 9am and they let me check into my room immediately without me even asking and at no extra charge. The location in the heart of the Old Quarter could not be better. A real find, especially at this price!

The rooms are nice, location is great and the service is good, it all comes down to the people. The receptionists were incredibly helpful with anything and everything. The hotel was a great base for exploring Hanoi. The rooftop bar, really interesting, and the drink was awesome.
