First of all, service is 5 star. The room was beautiful just like photos and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with many options to choose from. Location is perfect, close to many interesting spots. And the staff is just lovely and very helpful. They even help booking activities and tours. I recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. I ended up booking 7 days instead of the initial 3!

My niece and I had the best experience in Hanoi Traveller House. We like the location, it's very central and easy access to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice and very helpful giving us tips how to navigate the city. They helped me to book my tours and allowed us to leave our luggages eventhough we already checked out. Because we liked our 2 night- stay when we arrived in Hanoi, we cancelled our booking from another hotel and spent our last 2 nights in Hanoi in this hotel. Tami,the hotel manager along with the other staff are very accomodating and willing to help with everything to make our vacation in Vietnam more enjoyable. They also offered us a taxi ride from and to airport for a reasonable price. Oh, and also the breakfast was really good. We felt so at home! I would stay here again if ever I come back to Hanoi and I would reccomend this hotel.

The rooms are nice, location is great and the service is good, it all comes down to the people. The receptionists were incredibly helpful with anything and everything. The hotel was a great base for exploring Hanoi. The rooftop bar, really interesting, and the drink was awesome.

Close to most attractions and in the hub of Old Quarter Hanoi. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Peter was excellent with communication right from the time we planned our trip.
