I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

And we are so glad we did. The hotel is in a great location in Hanoi. It's within a few minutes walk to restaurants, spa, shopping... The hotel itself is very clean and very modern. The rooms are spacious and came with all necessary amenities. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic and plentiful. But the best part of the hotel is the staffs. The customer service at Đức Trọng is second to none! We were greeted and treated like royalty. Everyone there were so friendly always smiling and willing to help. We highly recommend the Đức Trọng hotel in Hanoi, and will definitely stay there again on our next trip back to Vietnam.
