I want to share my appreciation for the beautiful hotel. Although it’s located in a narrow alley, stepping inside reveals a spacious and airy atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Le Linh and Ms. Tra, who helped me immensely during my stay. I also want to thank Mr. Thang for his support. Even though my stay was short, I truly enjoyed my time here and have grown very fond of this place

Room was big, clean and had everything we needed. Great hotel for the money, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and big clean room. If we are back in Hanoi would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the location of Sao Mai Boutique Hotel, right in the heart of Hanoi. The rooms were modern and clean. Service was impeccable and breakfast buffet had an amazing selection. They even packed us breakfast for days we had an early tour and the day of departure. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable, the staff attentive, and the overall experience enhanced my exploration of Hanoi's rich cultural heritage.

Nice hotel - Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were small but spotlessly clean. Best customer service we have ever received. Shower was amazing. If we ever go back to Hanoi this is where we will stay again.
