Beautiful facilities, especially loved the washer/dryer in each unit. The staff are incredible, so attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was truly an ideal choice for our vacation. The rooms were very specious and comfortable for my mother-in-law & for us. The space around the hotel is very bustling. The panoramic view of the lake was beautiful. Every member of staff went above and beyond ensuring our stay was the best. Hoang Ann, the front desk staff arranged our round trip transportation from hotel to Ha Long bay which was cheaper than ordering through the cruise ship.

The hotel is close to the center of the city and the room was really big. It was very convenient to have washer&dryer.

Elegant Suites Westlake is a collection of spacious studios and apartments with self-catering facilities and free WiFi. Complimentary private parking is available. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who welcomed us with big smiles. They offered us a refreshing drink while waiting for check-in procedures. Afterward, the staff led us to our apartment and guided us about our accommodation. I was thoroughly impressed with the apartment's stylish interior and modern facilities. Notably, the master bedroom's toilet was equipped with a washlet, the popular Japanese toilet. However, it would have been even better if the other toilet had a washlet. Our stay was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Also, I would like to thank the lady service staff in the restaurant. We felt warm when she remembered, prepared, and brought the hot chocolate for our daughter. We are so sorry that we forgot to note down those staff who gave us excellent service and made our stay enjoyful.

Great location surrounded by locally owned unique cafes. Very near to Lake Tay Ho and many yoga/ fitness studios. The staff were bubbly and very accommodating. Brownie points for the washing machine that comes with the dryer! Will definitely stay here again next time in hanoi

Neljatärnihotell Margaery Apartment Tu Hoa Princess asub Hanois, 2,4 km kaugusel Läänejärvest. Kohapeal on terrass, restoran ja baar. We visited Vietnam for our family vacation! We had the best experiences at this apartment, anything we asked for was attended to. The staff was amazing and the manager was present everyday and interacted with everyone freely.

The hotel, very great with large and very comfortable rooms and staff with family spirit, warmth and handling and I will definitely visit it again

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
