Very beautiful room, quiet and comfy. The owners are very kind people and always helpful. They let us choose everyday the time we wanted our breakfast and make sure everything was perfect. We appreciated the cake and the letter for our anniversary it s very nice of them. Aswell it s located close to the river.

The best part of the hotel is the amazing staff that help and have such a great service! Great hotel to pick if you are not travelling in Hanoi main streets and come before flights/ travel outside of Hanoi!

Neljatärnihotell VNAHOMES Serviced Apartment asub Hanois. Kohapeal on spordikeskus ja terrass. Great value! So clean and inclusive of so much with the gym, kitchen, washing machine, desk and all! For a great price! There are lots of shops and cafes around, but it is definitely not a main tourist district. It is actually at least a 8min car ride to a tourist district. But this property is really fantastic!

A really lovely room, we were luckily upgraded by the lovely staff since the hotel wasn't too full at that time of year. The team working there were great and very helpful.

I stayed here for three nights with a friend of mine in April. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. They were able to answer any questions we had regarding the hotel and the old town.
