The staffs are super friendly as soon as we walked in the hotel. They were helpful and nice. They even upgraded our room and gave us free welcome drinks. Although the weather wasn't sunny and very rainy, we had great time by staying a lot of time in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious especially the pho was really tasty. The massage was super nice too. We couldn't use the swimming pool but the view was amazing. Definitely would recommend the hotel. If we even come back to Hanoi, Definitely will stay in Mansion 88 again.

I had a wonderful vacation here. I welcomed the New Year with my family in Vietnam at this hotel. The hotel helped us with a beautifully decorated party table for the New Year. The staff also supported us with very good sightseeing programs and reasonable prices. Vegetarian breakfast upon request is delicious and suitable. Good service. Will come back often

Elegant Suites Westlake is a collection of spacious studios and apartments with self-catering facilities and free WiFi. Complimentary private parking is available. Free breakfast, very handy for us. The room is spacious and washing machine and kitchen are perfect for family. Of course the pool is very nice.

We had the best experiences at this apartment, anything we asked for was attended to. The staff was amazing and the manager was present everyday and interacted with everyone freely.

What a fantastic experience we had in this brand new hotel. The hotel looks super nice, and the staff is very kind. The room has everything you need and is super clean. The beds are very good and the TV of top quality. We are definitely coming back of we are in Hanoi again!

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
