Objekat Five Star Westlake 1st-4th Floors Hotel & Serviced Apartment, koji je smešten u Hanoju, na 1,7 km od znamenitosti Pagoda na jednom stubu, u ponudi ima smeštaj sa besplatnim biciklima,... The room is big, very comfortable, quiet and has a helpful washing machine. The hotel is quite far from the main touristic spots (for example the old quarter), nothing that a taxi or Grab bike doesn't solve it. The staff are very polite, helpful and speak perfect english. I would absolutely stay here again if I want to keep a little bit of distance from the crazy and noisy main spots of Hanoi.

The staffs are super friendly as soon as we walked in the hotel. They were helpful and nice. They even upgraded our room and gave us free welcome drinks. Although the weather wasn't sunny and very rainy, we had great time by staying a lot of time in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious especially the pho was really tasty. The massage was super nice too. We couldn't use the swimming pool but the view was amazing. Definitely would recommend the hotel. If we even come back to Hanoi, Definitely will stay in Mansion 88 again.

The room was very spacious and clean with a nice interior. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast felt like home cooked meals and was very fresh and healthy and nicely prepared. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff on reception was always helpful. The hotel is close to the center of the city and the room was really big. It was very convenient to have washer&dryer.

It is in a more local part of Westlake and there are so many great local food around that are very cheap. The area also has a lot of wide streets and easy to walk.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
