We spent 2 nights in Five Star Westlake hotel in Hanoi and we were blown away by the level of service provided by the team there. Starting from easy and fast check-in process through to the great breakfast, it was an amazing experience. Rooms were super comfortable with everything you may need in your trip (stove, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, tableware etc.). They even have a filter installed for making tap water drinkable. Bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress. Breakfast was so lovely and diverse, including different local fruits, eggs of you’d choice, pho Bo, multiple bites. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. The last but not the least, staff of this hotels is a true asset. They all can speak decent English and ready to help you with various arrangements. They arranged a great shuttle for us to go to Quảng Phú Cầu, negotiates a good price and made sure we are comfortable and safe! Thank you so much, team! Keep up doing a great job!

Professional staff, they prepare for you from raincoats, umbrellas, pills when you are tired. My second home.

The rooms are excellent and more than worth the price! The best part of the hotel is the amazing staff that help and have such a great service! Great hotel to pick if you are not travelling in Hanoi main streets and come before flights/ travel outside of Hanoi!

For a great price! There are lots of shops and cafes around, but it is definitely not a main tourist district. It is actually at least a 8min car ride to a tourist district. But this property is really fantastic!

A really lovely room, we were luckily upgraded by the lovely staff since the hotel wasn't too full at that time of year. The team working there were great and very helpful.

I stayed here for three nights with a friend of mine in April. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. They were able to answer any questions we had regarding the hotel and the old town.
