I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its excellent lakeside location. The staff was exceptional, and getting around was convenient with nearby bus stops. The pool and sauna were great amenities. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.

Loved the rooftop pool, the massive room and the beautiful gardens. And the view is incredible. The staff were lovely and it was a quiet and luxurious retreat away from the business of Hanoi. The staff in this hotel is exceptional to take care of your personal needs, and the host, River, gives you a feeling of a family member and takes care of your needs going into minutest details. I recommend students from hospitality sector to visit this property to learn etiquette of serving the guests. Even BnB, booking.com should rate this kind of properties and hosts at the top level of their list. Highly rated Indian restaurant Dalcheeni is just next door. Exceptionally good food. For me it’s always a must to revisit this place.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
