Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Customer service is out of this world, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Staff often checks in to see if everything is okay. Breakfast is repetitive but amazing and complimentary so no complaints there. The rooms are clean and the furnishings feel new. Even the housekeeping is super efficient, friendly and fast.

The location is out of the busy city centre which is refreshing. Lovely lake views. Easy enough to get a taxi into the old quarter (which of course they organise) breakfast is delicious, you order off the menu in addition to a buffet. We also enjoyed dinner which was not the cheapest but worth it. Above everything else, the staff are exceptional. We had booked 2 nights and decided to do a Halong Bay cruise. The staff, particularly Chad, went above and beyond to organise a luxury cruise for us and kindly booked us in for the night we returned. This meant we could hold most of our luggage at the hotel. And we were pleasantly surprised to find out when we returned they had upgraded our room. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Amazing view from the room with an elaborate range of lighting options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An affordable refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. The surrounding streets had great food options, although expensive -Bao Wow bao restaurant highly recommended. We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay here. Highly recommend, both for the location and the hotel quality.

I enjoyed my stay and tried to book another night but unfortunately they were fully booked. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Attractively set in the Tay Ho District district of Hanoi, Luxe Paradise Suites Hotel To Ngoc Van is located 2.2 miles from West Lake, 2.9 miles from Quan Thanh Temple and 3 miles from Ho Chi Minh... It was convenient to everything. It was quiet.

With a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.... Hotel is too good, and very well maintained. I would like to mention about the staff, they are very polite and helpful. Trust me the reception guys a re so sweet and were available for all our needs.
