Great room conditions. Wonderful hospitality of staff. Satisfied location (due to the grab service, we could go anywhere easily). No noise from the streets. Indoor swimming pool was also well maintained.

Located in Hanoi, 1.8 miles from West Lake, Elegant Mansion 88 has accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. Probably the best hotel experience I have had. I broke my leg the week prior and was recovering from surgery. The staff helped upgrade my room so it was more accessible with my wheelchair, and simply could not have been more accommodating and kind throughout my stay. The food was also exceptional, and pool beautiful.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations; I expected way less for this price. You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities. (Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.

L7 WEST LAKE HANOI By LOTTE has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club, room service and free WiFi. It is a pretty new and fancy hotel. The staff is kind and the rooms are great. They have a big gym, and sauna, and the bar on the top floor has a great view. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. The location is great as it is basically part of a big mall and you can access it from the hotel.
