The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Le Linh and Ms. Tra, who helped me immensely during my stay. I also want to thank Mr. Thang for his support. Even though my stay was short, I truly enjoyed my time here and have grown very fond of this place

The room was cozy, the staff was attentive, and my overall experience added to my discovery of Hanoi's diverse cultural heritage.

What I like an about was the service, they let us in earlier than standard check in time even for free And we really appreciate that a lot since my husband was not feeling well .

Their staff is what makes this establishment so incredible as they are simply flawless. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and tend to your every need. We were always greeted by our names, staff knowing our names and asking how we were doing etc, which always made us feel special and appreciated. The room was beautiful, extremely comfortable bed, big en-suite with large shower, all toiletries. The buffet breakfast was what I looked forward to the most everyday. I would stay here again

Clean and spacious room have kitchenette facilities and washing machine which is good for family with kids. Fully equipped. A more business hotel vibe I feel. Reception staff were ok.

The place was average at best close to where I needed to go easily accessible to get to. The ladies at the desk were phenomenal excellent service very accommodating.. very kind and welcoming.

Conveniently located in the Dong Da District district of Hanoi, Clover Hanoi Hotel is located a 4-minute walk from Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, 400 yards from Hanoi Temple of Literature and a 15-minute... Room is newly rennovated, clean and has natural light. Location is the best, opposite Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam. Price is quite cheap in the area. Will return to stay here.
