It’s within walking distance of everything, but far enough away to avoid the noise in the chaos. The staff were friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Trà, one of the two receptionists, was was especially helpful when helping us make booking/tour arrangements and answering our many questions. She even helped us arrange transportationwithin Vietnam. There was a doorman always present and the hotel felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to others.
