I want to share my appreciation for the beautiful hotel. Although it’s located in a narrow alley, stepping inside reveals a spacious and airy atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Le Linh and Ms. Tra, who helped me immensely during my stay. I also want to thank Mr. Thang for his support. Even though my stay was short, I truly enjoyed my time here and have grown very fond of this place

The hotel's location made it convenient to explore both the lively streets of the Old Quarter and the peaceful atmosphere of Van Mieu. The room was cozy, the staff was attentive, and my overall experience added to my discovery of Hanoi's diverse cultural heritage.

We were always greeted by our names, staff knowing our names and asking how we were doing etc, which always made us feel special and appreciated. The room was beautiful, extremely comfortable bed, big en-suite with large shower, all toiletries. The buffet breakfast was what I looked forward to the most everyday. I would stay here again

The place was average at best close to where I needed to go easily accessible to get to. The ladies at the desk were phenomenal excellent service very accommodating.. very kind and welcoming.

Well located in the Dong Da district of Hanoi, Clover Hanoi Hotel is located 400 metres from Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, 400 metres from Hanoi Temple of Literature and 1.2 km from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.... Room is newly rennovated, clean and has natural light. Location is the best, opposite Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam. Price is quite cheap in the area. Will return to stay here.
