When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.

Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa อยู่ในใจกลางฮานอย ห่างจากประตูเมืองโบราณฮานอย 300 ม. I have been impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the comfort of the room and the very large bed, and the quality of the breakfast. I rate this hotel as a good four-star hotel by European standards. It is conveniently located at the heart of the Old Quarter and its interiors are elegantly inspired by colonial times. I will definitely come back to Casa dos Principes on my next trip to Hanoi.

Amira Hotel Hanoi อยู่ในใจกลางฮานอย ห่างจากประตูเมืองโบราณฮานอย 300 ม. With a central location, near Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town. Using the services here, I am very well taken care of, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. Clean room with enough space. The bed is very comfortable, which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price.

The staff were excellent. They were so kind and helpful. They informed us about all of the highlights in area as soon as we got there Breakfast was quite good. Definitely recommend it.

Loved the tour arrangements by Mrs Anna. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The location is close to the lake and weekend market and entertainment. There is a great range of shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very neat and clean. Great value for money in a major city.

From the day we arrived, they’ve welcome us with a great smile. They’ve been very attentive listening to our needs and made sure we had amazing and comfortable stay. Aviary Hanoi Hotel is also a great location and walking distance to most tourist attractions. Please continue going above and beyond for the great service you offer. I would definitely recommend your hotel to my family/friends who would like to visit Hanoi in the future. 🙂
