We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.

Nice quiet and safe location not far from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Good communication with the friendly manager Mr. Binh. Cleaning person was always smiling and was available as needed. Room was as described in the booking The room was well stocked and maintained, worked great for our week stay in Hanoi. We took advantage of the in room washing machine and small kitchen. The little balcony was great for fresh air. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to come back.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions.

Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture enjoys panoramic views over Hanoi city and the Hoan Kiem Lake. Its elegant rooms include free bottled water and Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are nice. Classy hotel. Amazing staff. We were given lucky money for the Lunar New Year! Very helpful with airport taxi.
