Attractively situated in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel is situated 1.1 km from Quan Thanh Temple, 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate and 1.6 km from West Lake. The room was very bright. The shower always had really hot water. The room was cleaned spottlesly! The bed was like a cloud no comment, fabolous! We also got a free upgrade to a balcony room which was even better, during a night storm it was so calming to watch. At breakfast you have a view from the 14th floor.

FTE Ba Dinh Hotel features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Hanoi. I stayed at this hotel on my first ever (and I hope not the last) visit to Vietnam and I guess that staying there was the significant reason why I fell in love with this beautiful country. The room and facilities were of the top level, but the real atmosphere is being created by people. And the personnel of this hotel were above all praises: I felt like a princess because all my requirements were fulfilled in a blink of an eye, whether it was a socket adaptor for my laptop, or an iron, or an assistance with TV tune-up. The food was delicious, the assortment was impressive, so I was puzzled how to combine all the delicacies on my plate, so I wouldn't feel guilty for breaking my diet haha. The hotel personnel and management succeed in creating and maintaining the feeling of your significance as a guest to them, and you see it in small details (which matter the most): they made a birthday compliment to my family member who stayed with me, and small mementos on our check out. They were really very sweet and sympathetic. I definitely am going to stay at this hotel next time I visit Hanoi.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.

Zody House features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Hanoi. The property is close to Ha Noi Railway station, Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and St. Joseph Cathedral. Amazing location- quiet but close to everything. Room was big with a balcony with a view. Convenient to have cooking and laundry facilities in the room. Binh was so helpful in organising parts of our trip. We loved it so much that we came back multiple times during our trip in Vietnam. Thank you Binh!
