During my recent stay at this hotel in Hanoi, I found the front desk team to be very accommodating and courteous. The room was quite spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in the old quarter. It was clean and as pictured, with comfortable beds, efficient AC, and minimal street noise, at least on the higher levels. The large market was within walking distance, and there were many small grocery stores and eateries nearby. Additionally, several good restaurants and an excellent small café right in front of the hotel added to the convenience. I rented a motorbike from the hotel for 250k VND per day to explore the area. Although the hotel mistakenly overcharged me, they contacted me via WhatsApp and promptly issued a refund while I was in Ho Chi Minh City.

The room was very clean, big and comfortable (also loved the shower and bathtub with a view), the staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Vietnam.

The location of The Five Residences kinda feels secluded at night which is much needed after a long day. The beds and bedding were super comfy.

The apartment was spacious. You have a tiny kitchen. You get a lot of light in the room. The location is good, you can walk everywhere. The owner responded to messages fast and helped with anything you needed. I liked my stay and would stay again in the future.

Located in the northwest corner of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Thien Thai Hotel & Spa is just 5 minutes’ walk from Dong Xuan Market. It offers 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi. Thuc and Phung and the r st of the staff were very hospitable. Great hotel to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarters district. Very clean rooms, nice gym and superb breakfast. Best breakfast I have had in years.
