So welcoming, helpful, a staff member ran out to my taxi to collect my bag when I arrived. They had been trying to contact me to find out what time I was arriving. The room was very comfortable, well air-conditioned, exceptionally well appointed, and the breakfast was very surprisingly varied. As I checked out, Peter on reception was very helpful, and keen to hear of my experience in the hotel. I was most impressed with the whole experience.

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially David and Jake who was always on reception and was a really sweet guy and very helpful. It was good quality and very good value for money.

The location of the Hotel was right in the middle of Beer Street and very near to the night market and shopping areas, the staff was amazing, as at night the night the roads are closed for traffic so my Grab was at the corner, so the hotel Staff Luna escorted me to the corner of the road, Julie help me do some packing as i was carrying some vaccum bags to compress the jackets i purchased form there, Hana gave me all the google locations and she created a new folder Hanoi in my Google Maps, over all amazing Staff 5 Stars for the staff and location.
