Great location in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are large, fully equipped and immaculately clean. The beds are very big and super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a very nice combination of western and local options. The coffee is really really good. On top of all that, is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating while being super professional. I cannot recommend this place more. Would love to stay here again whenever I get back to Hanoi.

Everything was perfect. We had such a lovely stay. First of all the local is PERFECT. Steps away from the action, yet on a quiet and safe alley. There are always staff available to help even late into the night. The bed was super comfortable, the AC and wifi worked perfectly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We used the airport transfer both ways and it was so convenient and affordable.

The quiet privacy once returned in the room compaired with the hectic streetlife. Very assisting staff. Convenient breakfast on top deck. Definite to come back again !
