Loved that it was open at 12am for checking in when we arrived from Sapa and the staff were super helpful! Even though it is situated on the beer street and there was loud music, we were on the 4th floor so we could hardly hear anything. We slept peacefully and it was super clean and nice!

The room was to our liking and matched the photos on the booking. It was spacious, clean and the private terrace overlooking the busy street made all our evenings richer. But what is important to highlight is that we have never seen nicer, more helpful and wonderful people at the reception. Specially Kelly acts like a family friend and treats you like her own. Thank you very much for a very pleasant days in Hanoi. We highly recommend and if we ever return to Hanoi, we would love to go back to Bella Rosa.

The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The location is perfect, near the best restaurants and coffee shops in the center of old quarter. We got a free upgrade when we got back from halong bay. Best hotel if the location is the most important criteria.
