Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter for our 6-night stay.. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, and steps to the food and beer streets, and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.

Situated in Hanoi and with Hanoi Old City Gate reachable within 200 metres, Hanoi Allure Hotel features concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and a... Great location in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are large, fully equipped and immaculately clean. The beds are very big and super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a very nice combination of western and local options. The coffee is really really good. On top of all that, is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating while being super professional. I cannot recommend this place more. Would love to stay here again whenever I get back to Hanoi.

First of all the local is PERFECT. Steps away from the action, yet on a quiet and safe alley. There are always staff available to help even late into the night. The bed was super comfortable, the AC and wifi worked perfectly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We used the airport transfer both ways and it was so convenient and affordable.

The hotel has a cute vibe.

Hotel is in a great location and excellent value for money. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay in Hanoi. The staff were all excellent, particularly Marco in reception who was fantastic throughout our stay and hugely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Well set in the centre of Hanoi, Golden Sail Hotel & Spa provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The location was great, right in the heart of the Old City Quarter. The staff were FANTASTIC!!!

Very accommdative staffs the moment we arrived at the hotel Rose were very kind and helpful and always smiling. Same as with John who take care of us during our morning breakfast. The place is safe and near to beer street, all the restaurants and etc everything that you needed it is accessible.
