So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.

Beakfast was nice, serving both Asia and Intercontinental. We love our Pho, made to order. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and eager to please. They wouldn’t be hesitate to help with any request. The room is modern, clean and comfortable with big window open to the old street.

First of all the local is PERFECT. Steps away from the action, yet on a quiet and safe alley. There are always staff available to help even late into the night. The bed was super comfortable, the AC and wifi worked perfectly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We used the airport transfer both ways and it was so convenient and affordable.

Very accommdative staffs the moment we arrived at the hotel Rose were very kind and helpful and always smiling. Same as with John who take care of us during our morning breakfast. The place is safe and near to beer street, all the restaurants and etc everything that you needed it is accessible.
