El primer dia vaig tenir problemes de soroll perquè a l'edifici del costat feien obres. El personal em va oferir una altre habitació més apartada i silenciosa o la possibilitat de canviar a dos altres hotels de la mateixa cadena molt propers. A més, en varen proporcionar el taxi de tornada al'aeroport gratuïtament per les molèsties. El personal és molt atent i ajuda en tot el que necessitis. L'esmorzar molt complert i molt variat. La ubicació a casc antic és perfecte!!

L'ubicació per fer el casc antic de Hanoi, l'amabilitat del personal, l'esmorzar, la decoració de l'hotel. Encara que és un edifici antic i petit, les habitacions i el vestíbul estan reformats amb un disseny molt atrevit de colors i imatges que li donen un aire molt acollidor. Ens hi vam sentir molt còmodes. Repetiria sens dubte.

L'hotel és petit i molt maco. Les habitacions són grans (ens vam allotjar 2 cops). Tot molt net. Els llits super grans i còmodes. El Dihn ens va organitzar el viatge a Sapa i Halong i va ser tot fantàstic, és molt professional i sempre va estar pendent de nosaltres. Els recepcionistes també van ser molt amables. Està molt ben situat al mig de la ciutat, rodejat de restaurants, botigues... tot a peu.

Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

Using the services here, I am very well taken care of, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. Clean room with enough space. The bed is very comfortable, which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. The staff were excellent. They were so kind and helpful. They informed us about all of the highlights in area as soon as we got there Breakfast was quite good. Definitely recommend it.

L’hotel es troba al cor de la ciutat vella de Hanoi, a només 5 minuts caminant del llac i amb tots els serveis a mà. Aquest és un hotel on la relació qualitat-preu és excel·lent. Hem estat molt còmodes a les habitacions; els llits són grans i el matalàs comodíssim. Els lavabos són molt nets i correctes. L’esmorzar és cada dia fet amb productes frescos i molt variat. El que més ens ha agradat, però, és el tracte i servei del personal. Portem viatjant pel món molts anys i us podem assegurar que el servei d’aquest establiment és immillorable. Agrair la bona feina i dedicació de la Jenny, que ens ha assessorat per completar la nostra estada al Vietnam, i ens ha buscat les millors opcions per anar a Sapa, Halong Bay i Ninh Binh, preocupant-se en tot moment si el viatge ens estava anant bé. També agrair la bona feina i predisposició del seu director el senyor Lincoln i de tot el personal, que sempre està a disposició d’ajudar-nos per a qualsevol consulta. Una altra cosa a destacar i agrair-los és que ens han permès guardar part de l’equipatge a l’hotel durant els dies que hem estat viatjant pel nord del Vietnam. D’aquesta forma, no hem hagut de portar tot l’equipatge amb nosaltres i només hem agafat les coses necessàries pels dies que hem estat viatjant.

From the day we arrived, they’ve welcome us with a great smile. They’ve been very attentive listening to our needs and made sure we had amazing and comfortable stay. Aviary Hanoi Hotel is also a great location and walking distance to most tourist attractions. Please continue going above and beyond for the great service you offer. I would definitely recommend your hotel to my family/friends who would like to visit Hanoi in the future. 🙂
