This hotel has some of the best service ever and for the price, the value is amazing! Right from the beginning to helping organized day trip activities and hotel transfer arrangements. This hotel goes above and beyond in delivering brilliant guest service with personalization aspects. The breakfast included with the room rate is also amazing . When I departed for the airport early the staff even organized for breakfast to go. Can't wait to return on a future trip to Hanoi, this is truly an amazing Hotel!! Thank you.

The staff were amazing! They really made our trip! Hannah at reception was so sweet and helpful and we absolutely loved going to the roof top bar every night to see John. The rooms were nice and clean and they even gave you an extra key card to put the aircon on while you were out. The location was also great and the staff recommended some tasty places to eat. We would definitely stay again!
