Staff is super friendly and gives you alot of information for were to go to eat or stay during the day. Very clean rooms with nice cozy design. Breakfast is also good!

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

It is a good location, and the metro is very close, Bolt goes often in this area. great staff. the rooms are newly reconstructed and beautiful, with a lot of space, and the kitchen has a fridge, it is spotless everywhere. There are a lot of small stores and restaurants in the area. we already returned from our trip to Porto.

Attractively set in the center of Lisbon, Hotel Principe Avila has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and an ATM. They were great! We used them as our base in Europe as they were so accommodating, keeping our luggage safe and remembering our names every time we came back to Lisbon from our adventure. The final day, I left really early so I had to skip their (amazing) breakfast and they were so kind to prepare a fantasy to “picnic” bag for me! 10/10

This hotel is a real gem!Beautiful design Inside and out! The view from the roof top is amazing and the swimming pool was perfect! The bed was so comfortable. If I didn't have to catch an early flight I would sleep in all day. The shower was brilliant. One of those that rains on you. I will definitely stay there again!

We found the hotel on a whim for a one night getaway and booked it only an hour and a half before arriving in the evening. The hotel was super responsive, helpful, polite and has everything you needed. The staff was fantastic, food was great, location beautiful and convenient and facilities are great. It’s an excellent price point so we’re giving it a very high rating. The restaurant is fantastic too!
