It was my second reservation within one week.
I was greeted as a regular guest with a room upgrade to a Suite with a view of the Castle and received special amenities.
The staff was incredible during my both stays.

The square and its buildings are amazing; however, the choice of food in the restaurants is poor. Burgers and pizza are not on the top of my list of ‘delicacies’ to try in Lisbon.
Unfortunately, this was the case in many popular areas, but there were also some little gems.

Get the ferry sightseeing tour off the quay at the bottom of the square. Also the Beer Museum looks a bit tacky but it is beautiful inside the cafe and very reasonable for a cold beer outside in the Square.

Good spots to drink and eat lil pricey yet ya go on holiday to eat at a nice spot sometimes dress up and have evenings out her great view bustling markets here too at the weekend in the square and shows too
In addition you can get the boat across too the other side of the bridge at the port here approx 5mins walk

Room 103: Very spacious, very clean.
Staff: exceptionally great. Went out of.their way to assist us.
Location: You can't get any closer to the sites then this hotel.
Short walk to tram 12 and 28 plus tram 15. All less then a 10 minute walk from hotel.
Breakfast: Very good choices and very filling.
Sits on the corner of Rau Augusta, which has all the eatery establishments you can want.
Short walk to Santa Gusta elevator, and also Commerce Square.
I highly recommend this hotel.
