Kotono yado Musashino erbjuder boende i Nara, 11 minuters bilresa från Nara Station på Kintetsu Nara-linjen. WiFi är gratis i alla utrymmen och privat parkering erbjuds utan extra kostnad. I loved everything about it. The food was exceptional.

The picturesque Japanese-style guest house Hotobil B&B 潤 An inn that enjoys breakfast is centrally located in Nara, 10 minutes by taxi from JR Nara Station. Overall a great experience and a highlight of our trip - amazing host, excellent dinner and breakfast (make sure to order these when staying here!), very cozy Japanese-style rooms. Good location, too - very peaceful neighborhood, but still close to all the sights. We'll be sure to stay here again next time we're in Nara!

Boendet Gyokuzoin Temple erbjuder ett offentligt varmt källbad. Hotellet ligger vid berget Shigisan och har en souvenirbutik och dryckesautomater. Parkering finns tillgänglig mot en extra kostnad. Typiskt tempel boende med gemensamt bad och toalett i korridor. Tatamirummet var fint, bra värme och te-termos. Mycket vacker omgivning. Många sevärdheter på nära avstånd. Japansk middag och frukost var mycket goda. Eldcermonin 5:30 på morgonen är speciell. Gick också på meditation efter frukosten.

Hotel New Wakasa ligger 12 minuters promenad från tågstationen Kintetsu Nara och erbjuder rum i japansk stil med tatamigolv (vävda halmmattor). Du kan koppla av i det stora allmänna badet. everything was over the top! the place is beautiful, we stayed in the new rooms which the design is another league, keeping the Japanese style, with mountains views. The meal service was the best experience I had in Japan, also traditional. The staff is hyper kind. Is the best Ryokan experience I had. Definitely will be back!

Tsukihitei ligger i Kasugayama Primeval Forest, som finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the manager of the hotel and her assistant, and treated like kings throughout first showing us our rooms, and then when serving dinner in the private dinner room. If you like Kaiseki dinner, then you are in for a treat because the food is very good. They also offer vegetarian or Halal options which is excellent. The location is in the middle of a nice forest from where you can hike to the top and then get a nice view of Osaka, and it's an easy hike. We came a bit late to the hotel which unfortunately did not allow us to fully experience the Ryokan on the first day. If you come here, you can come early to Nara, leave your luggage in the lockers near the station (they are cheaper right outside than inside the station), and then walk around the deer park and to the temple (won't take more than 2 hours). Then have a meal, go to the Ryokan, take a walk around the forest, come back for a nice bath, then have your dinner, after which you can relax in your room. I feel this will give you the full experience.

Kanko Ryokan Yamato ligger i Ikoma, 8,8 km från Iwafune Shrine, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. The greeting we got on arrival was nothing but friendly. The lady who runs it doesn’t speak English, but understands little bits (we used Google translate for longer sentences). She’s such a lovely lady and very welcoming, showed us around the Ryokan and the facilities. The shower room is amazing with its hot bath! We loved staying in a traditional Japanese room with tatami flooring and the comfy futon beds, and the views from our window of the city was gorgeous! Definitely want to make a return visit and stay for longer :)

Kadojin ligger i Tenkawa och erbjuder boende med trädgård, gemensam lounge och terrass samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Boendet har rumsservice och bagageförvaring. Everything was outstanding: so quiet and typical, private room for the meals, incredibly kind personnel, remote place, access to the japanese wilderness (trek, torrent, forrest...)

Nara Ryokan ligger i Nara, inom 18 minuters promenad från Nara station och 19 km från Iwafune Shrine. This place was exactly what I was looking for. A quiet ryokan with a private tattoo-friendly onsen. My room was big and the futon was very comfy. I appreciated the complimentary water and a kettle to make tea. Everything was so good, thank you! I will definitely come back.

KAMENOI HOTEL Nara ligger i Nara, 4,1 km från Nara station, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. Our Ryokan experience was impeccable!!! from the service, food and facilities, everything was beyond my expectation.. The staffs are very nice and respectful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Wakasa Annex features an outdoor hot public bath and free WiFi. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception, drinks vending machines and free parking. Todai-ji Temple is only an 8-minute walk. the food was amazing, the staff was super friendly, the ofuro was nice, the outside bath was amazing, the tatami floor was beautiful
