The picturesque Japanese-style guest house Hotobil B&B 潤 An inn that enjoys breakfast is centrally located in Nara, 10 minutes by taxi from JR Nara Station. The host was very kind and friendly. She has an adorable little doggo with a huge sense of protecting the house. We got the best sleep here, at our first Ryokan in Japan. The entire place offers a bigger space than a standard hotel room, equipped with all the required facilities. The breakfast was amazing, cooked by the host itself. She asked us what type of breakfast we prefer (Japanese or European) and we chose the Japanese one, of course (which we recommend you to choose as well, if you stay one night only). We are sad that we planned a single night in Nara in our itinerary so we didn't have enough time to enjoy this stay and to talk more with our host. She is a good english speaker, which is pretty rare in Japan (at least for the people that we interact with, even at the hotel's reception). Both me and my wife kindly recommend Hotobil if you are looking for a great experience at a Ryokan in Nara.

The accommodation facility of Gyokuzoin Temple features a hot public bath. The hotel is located in Mount Shigisan and houses a souvenir shop and drinks vending machines. The room, food, and staff were all wonderful! The temple complex itself is unique and extensive and in an attractive location.

Hotel New Wakasa berjarak 12 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Kintetsu Nara. Ia menawarkan bilik-bilik gaya Jepun dengan lantai tatami (tenunan jerami). The property was beautiful as well as our room itself! Our private onsen was incredible. Really close to the Nara Deer Park and temples and shrines to explore. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

Tsukihitei terletak di Hutan Primeval Kasugayama, tapak Warisan Dunia UNESCO. Lovely location in the forest -- it's very quiet and scenic. At the same time it's still accessible by taxi so no issues even if you have more luggage. Great wooden bathtub and amazing bathroom products (full Aesop range). Tasty, varied and well portioned meals. You really feel spoiled by the staff, e.g. alcohol is included with meals, free minibar, complimentary matcha tea and snacks.

Terletak di Ikoma, 8.8km dari Iwafune Shrine, Kanko Ryokan Yamato menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Beautiful place line from a Ghibli movie. Lovely owners and 2 funny dogs. My son was happy to play with them. If you come by car pls park on the big free parking Before entering Ikoma village. Then walk 3 min ( by stairs) to the Ryokan.

The location was picturesque and overall incredibly pleasant to look around at. The property itself is very well maintained, truly delivers the classic ryokan experience, onsen are amazing and very enjoyable, the staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The food was something else - both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast were delicious, filling and a great pleasure to partake in. Overall, would highly recommend, I had a blast staying at Kadojin.

Nara Ryokan terletak di Nara, 18-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Nara dan 19km dari Iwafune Shrine. Very nice ryokan and very nice room. Private onsen was comfortable, and the personnel very attentive. Thank you very much!

Our Ryokan experience was impeccable!!! from the service, food and facilities, everything was beyond my expectation.. The staffs are very nice and respectful! I highly recommend this hotel!

A very comfortable tatami-mat room with a deep full soak tub. The location in regards to Nara Park was fantastic and I had a wonderful view of Tōdai-ji in the mornings. Things were very quiet, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything it could be including walking me through all the amenities they had to offer. They also provided local area maps with all the main attractions and let me know how best to navigate what I wanted to do which helped quite a bit with planning how I spent my time.
