Staff was helpful and understanding of the language barrier. Let us drop our bags off early before check-in. Great food and service for both supper and breakfast. Nice big room for the two of us. They were nice enough to order our taxi for us the morning we left so we didn't have to worry about hiking back to the train (or bus) station.

I love my room -very comfy, serene, and has a great view overlooking the city. It has a solo hot bath. I love the Japanese-style breakfast. It was very delicious, healthy, beautifully presented.

We loved every second in this ryokan! It was perfectly located, the room was spacious and the beds were soooo comfy. We even used the in-house bathing area and it was all so perfect. We can only recommend it! The staff was really friendly as well.

The staff went way and beyond to accommodate our needs- they were all super lovely and helpful. Especially the person who took us to our room and explained everything upon check-in and the person who ran after check-out to the bus stop to return our forgotten gloves! Wonderful onsen and traditional room - thank you
