Newly renovated during the spring of 2023, Hotel Local 101 is an independent hotel quietly tucked away in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, on a charming street made up of classical Icelandic homes. Very nice place close to basically everything in Reykjavík. We could walk from the hotel to the main tourist attractions of the city, which was very nice. Also, cheers to Alma at the reception who was always very kind to us before and during our stay. I must also add that the breakfast was always very nice and enjoyable.

Blue Viking Apartments Reykjavik offers accommodations in Reykjavík, 2.6 miles from The Pearl and 31 miles from Blue Lagoon. Simply fantastic apartment, all needs covered. Walkable, fabulous location with stunning views. Space was super clean, bright, comfortable with contemporary design and amenities, fabulous to enjoy in all weather. Everything was clean, neat and in excellent working order. Appreciated host's communications, consideration and accommodation when possible. Would recommend highly, would not hesitate to book again.

Downtown Apartments at Old Harbor Reykjavík offers accommodations in Reykjavík, 2.5 miles from The Pearl and 30 miles from Blue Lagoon. What a great apartment! This place has everything you need for a fabulous stay in Reykjavik. It's within easy walking distance of the main streets, yet far enough away to allow a little more peace. There is secure parking underneath the building, with an elevator up to the 3rd floor. The apartment has a great kitchen with everything you could need, a washing machine and dryer to keep up with your laundry, and a comfy bed and lounge area. There are supermarkets close by too. Communication with the hosts was fabulous - very responsive and helpful. We would happily recommend to family and friends, and would definitely stay again!

Modern Apt RVK City Center is located in Reykjavík, just 2.8 miles from The Pearl and 31 miles from Blue Lagoon. Beautifully appointed apartment. The kitchen was excellent. Easy to check in and a superb location. I couldn't fault it. It gets my highest recommendation. If you have a car, there's a big free parking lot across the street.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment downtown Reykjavik is located in Reykjavík, just 2.1 miles from The Pearl and 30 miles from Blue Lagoon. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Loved quiet neighborhood, how close to downtown that it was so easy to walk to and from everything we did (catching tour buses, going to museums, eating out at restaurants, going food shopping and even seeing Northern Lights from the city). Beds were also very comfy. We took car service to and from airport, so we didn't have a car.

The place is a detached one-storey summer home. It is cost, clean and well-equipped. The hosts are friendly, attentive to your requests, and the communication with them is fast and efficient.
