I had to shorten my original two-night stay to one. The helpful staff offered me a room upgrade for the cancelled night and a credit for one night for future accommodation. Absolutely great customer service, which you don't find everywhere. The hotel has a great location and an excellent breakfast. Everything is clean and beautiful.

Beautifully appointed apartment. The kitchen was excellent. Easy to check in and a superb location. I couldn't fault it. It gets my highest recommendation. If you have a car, there's a big free parking lot across the street.

Loved quiet neighborhood, how close to downtown that it was so easy to walk to and from everything we did (catching tour buses, going to museums, eating out at restaurants, going food shopping and even seeing Northern Lights from the city). Beds were also very comfy. We took car service to and from airport, so we didn't have a car.
