Newly renovated during the spring of 2023, Hotel Local 101 is an independent hotel quietly tucked away in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, on a charming street made up of classical Icelandic homes. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and full of great tips on what to do in the area! They were very supportive when our flight was cancelled and helped us out a ton immediately. the beds / matrasses were super clean and comfy (on the hard side) Breakfast was decent, nothing crazy but filling, the location was also top, very central / walkable

Great location in harbour area lots of restaurants and bakeries near by. Not to long of a walk to the bus stop 12 where tours pick you up. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.

Great location, very clean, beds very comfortable. No complaints. Owner responsive and answered any queries straight away. Sent a lot of useful information about trips/ restaurants/ transport.

Located in Reykjavík and only 1.7 km from Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach, SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury, HG-17071 provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The stay here was incredible! Located in a seaside neighbourhood with gorgeous seaside “beach houses” with nice architecture, this stay was a lovely location, with a seaside path in the backyard that is a lovely walk on the ocean. The apartment itself is a basement unit that was so incredibly well appointed, with so many extras and high end amenities. The pictures shared by the host are so accurate and the bathroom is incredible with a large soaker tub. Edda, the host, was helpful and so quick to respond to our questions. 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat, what a gem!

In the Vesturbær district of Reykjavík, close to Hallgrímskirkja Church, Studio Apartment Reykjavik City Center features a garden and a washing machine. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable and very well stocked. There even was a washing machine. Also, the hosts were fantastic. We needed to visit a hospital and they contacted the right hospital for us and they even drove us there.
