This building is truly beautiful and the whole neighborhood is full of amazing architecture that has been preserved. The rooms are comfortable with clean, modern (but small) bathrooms. The breakfast and room amenities are VERY generous. We loved our stay here. There are a few charming idiosyncrasies to be aware of though if you are used to American chain hotels The reception, common area and breakfast are on the third floor (no elevator). When you leave the hotel, you leave your room key with reception and then use WhatsApp or the door bell to get back in and retrieve your room key.

Beautifully designed new hotel, spacious and extremely well equipped rooms. staff absolutely marvellous and friendly. An oasis of calm and beauty in this fairly chaotic city. The roof terrace restaurant and bar are just extraordinary as is the food. For the quality of food and service you get, it is not worth dining out as the price level is absolutely competitive compared to why you get outside the hotel.

This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

Rooms were very pleasant and comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly and the location is great! It also comes with a nice breakfast. Perfect value for money! We wished we could have stayed longer.

Located within less than 1 km of Santa Lucia Hill and a 11-minute walk of Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, Hotel Voila Londres features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Santiago. Everything is good about this place (location, room, breakfast, staff). I bothered the staff at front a lot for mobile charger adaptor and making the dinner warm that brought with me but the girl was reception was extremely cooperative and doing it with smile. She even served me breakfast at 5am because I have to check out early for flight.

Well set in the Santiago City Centre district of Santiago, Hotel Sommelier LOFT is located 800 metres from Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, 1.8 km from La Chascona and 1.5 km from Patio Bellavista. Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.
