This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

Hotel HW High Wellness er með líkamsræktarstöð, sameiginlega setustofu, veitingastað og bar í Santiago. Kind enthusiastic staff. As any larger city care on the street is recomended as wel as the use of taxi or uber comming and going.The building is at corner. Arrival at calle libertad has internal parking of a commercial complex, but does not show hotel signs. Entrace at calle romero looks better but it closes after business hours. Suggest contacting desk for instructions. Reception on 3rd floor is a nice surprise and rooms on 4 and 5th floor nice and spacy. Restaurant with good dishes for reasonable prices (do not confoud with the very posh chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor). Management and staff really very eager serve well!

Hotel Sommelier LOFT er vel staðsett í miðbæ Santiago, 800 metra frá safninu Museo de la Arte Pre de la Pre-Columbian, 1,8 km frá La Chascona og 1,5 km frá Patio Bellavista. Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.
