Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

This charming little hotel is in the heart of everything in Santiago. We easily walked to many attractions, great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It is simple, no frills but extremy clean, neat and an outstanding value. Mely not only checked us in but gave us excellent advice and assisted in organizing a tour as well. She is lovely and an absolute gem. If you can speak some Spanish this is a great place. Mely was very patient with my rudimentary Spanish. English, however, is not spoken. We highly recommend.

Well situated in the heart of Santiago, Hotel Sommelier Boutique features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. They were extremely helpful. We made some mistakes in our booking but Raul sorted everything out via WhatsApp. He was outstanding.

Located 84 metres from Bellas Artes Subway Station, Hotel Altiplanico Bellas Artes offers accommodations with free WiFi access in Santiago. The spacious and bright rooms feature a modern décor. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was so easy to walk into the historic town centre, to the metro station, to the eateries in Lastarria, the park and Art museum across the road. The staff are fabulous. We will especially miss chatting with Dairon and his restaurant recommendations.

Lucia Agustina Hotel Boutique er aðeins 100 metrum frá Santa Lucia Hill og þægilega staðsett í miðbæ Santiago. The hotel was located in a great part of the city, with many restaurants and sites nearby. Yet, the street was also very quiet, so we slept well. The rooms and the property were simple, all of the essentials were provided and the place was very clean, which is all that we wanted. While we only met one member of staff, his service was exceptional; he was very kind and attentive, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in, explaining everything in Spanish and English (as the person with whom I was staying with didn’t speak Spanish). He also booked our transfer to the airport (which he found at a very good price), gave us information about the area and Santiago as a whole and gave us drinking glasses for the room when we asked. The hotel overall greatly served our needs for our night there, and because of the cleanliness of the place and the exceptional service from the staff, I would absolutely recommend staying here.
