Mely not only checked us in but gave us excellent advice and assisted in organizing a tour as well. She is lovely and an absolute gem. If you can speak some Spanish this is a great place. Mely was very patient with my rudimentary Spanish. English, however, is not spoken. We highly recommend.

The TV was a modern flatscreen. The individual at reception was always available and eager to help.
