The staff were very helpful and friendly. I’m don’t speak Spanish but , several staff spoke enough English so,that we could communicate. The breakfast was very nice and came with many choices…even scrambled eggs could be ordered. As a woman traveling alone, I felt quite safe. The staff volunteered to help with my luggage which I greatly appreciated. They offered to do many thoughtful things,,,,,e.g. while I waited outside for my Uber, a staff brought me coffee. I definitely recommend Hotel Pasko and would stay here again. My travel agent booked this hotel for me and I had a good nightly rate.

Location was perfect, easy walking to major sights and steps away from the Bellas Artes metro station. I could not have had a nicer stay. Thank you!

The hotel is really well placed for all the museums and galleries. the rooftop bar was great for cocktails and the food was very good too. best of all was the amazing help we had from the reception, from directions, to help with car hire.

The room was big, it had a microwave that helped a lot. Also the bed was big and confy. The shower was magnificent! The owner was really nice, she came to greet us even though she didn’t have to. My ear was hurting from the plane and the owner was really nice and made the effort of booking a doctor’s appointment on my behalf. She also reminded me the day before my appointment that I had one. She also let us check-in early and check-out late. The location is excellent with a supermarket right underneath, it is also close to a beautiful park and landmarks.
