It's a nice, boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.

Staff was always available. Pool was working (but a bit dirty). Very nice smell and atmosphere inside the hotel. Nice room and comfortable bed.

It was clean and was an interesting part of Santiago. Many good restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
