The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.

However it’s visible that staff is not really into work there. Lady who met me at the reception was sweet but I could see tiredness in her eyes. But still she helped me with my backpack.

Located within the Bellavista neighbourhood in Santiago, Hotel Loreto is an eco-friendly property offering private rooms with free WiFi. The property features a barbecue for guest use. The hotel staff was very accommodating! They let us store our luggage early and gave us space to freshen up after a long travel day. They gave great recommendations and arranged a large taxi for us and got us a great rate to the airport.

I wanted to extend my stay but left because of her lack of manners
