Mely not only checked us in but gave us excellent advice and assisted in organizing a tour as well. She is lovely and an absolute gem. If you can speak some Spanish this is a great place. Mely was very patient with my rudimentary Spanish. English, however, is not spoken. We highly recommend.

Just 100 metres from Santa Lucia Hill, Lucia Agustina Hotel Boutique is conveniently located in the city centre of Santiago. Great location near the historic sights and only a couple minutes' walk from the subway. The room was simple but nicely finished with new flooring and a mid-century vibe. The TV was a modern flatscreen. The individual at reception was always available and eager to help.
