This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

Hotel HW High Wellness features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Santiago. The hotel is incredible, they're still renovating some areas (the new bar) and will be even better in the future. The room was better than the pics, beds and pillows were perfect. Well set in the Santiago City Centre district of Santiago, Hotel Sommelier LOFT is located 800 metres from Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, 1.8 km from La Chascona and 1.5 km from Patio Bellavista. Its location and the facility was great. They were very helpful with our stuff holding it for the hole day, giving us directions and suggesting places to visit.
